Importance of Cobra Pose


Cobra pose is the best exercise to loose belly fat. Cobra pose targets the abdominal region and helps blast belly fat. Not just this, the pose has various other health benefits including: - Stretches the chest and strengthens the spine and shoulders. Best practice of doing it is to hold in the Cobra Pose for 15 to 30 seconds with even breathing. When releasing, exhale and drop the head to the floor and lower the body by using both the arms.

How to do Cobra Pose?

1. Lie down on your yoga mat with back side up and belly side down

2. Lie down straight and try to deep breadth or inhale while slowly moving upwards by only using your arms.

3. Try to hold for 30 seconds in that position with face upwards towards the sky

4. Slowly exhale and come back on floor only using your arms


Try to repeat it for twice at the beginning.
