People in some nations opine that there should be a narrow gap between the extremes in remunerations for jobs. I strongly agree with this notion.

Firstly, every piece of work, whether in defense, legislation, politics, technology, media, teaching, medical, engineering, or sports, demands complete dedication, hard work, and time. These are some basic requirements that every working individual is supposed to fulfill in their personal life. For instance, if a mechanical engineer devotes 11 hours to meeting his company’s deadlines with total dedication, then a security guard also spends the same amount of time and effort to safeguard his company.

Secondly, if we compare the educational backgrounds of an Engineer and a security guard, there are evident cavities in their education, coaching, and training. But that doesn’t mean there should be a significant variance in their salaries, as both honestly serve their best.

For a clear example, an engineer is responsible for his duties regarding the proper use of mechanical machines like a lathe machine. A security guard is accountable for keeping the register for every entry and exit to his company.

However, some professions don’t require much qualification, such as masonry works and cleaning, but these jobs involve great physical endeavor, ethics, and time.

To sum up, bridging the perforations among various jobs, will play a vital role in upbringing any nation's economic growth and will also reduce socio-economic disparity since every occupation requires almost equal amounts of mental and physical labor and hours in today’s world. After all, equality in wages is directly proportional to higher motivation levels.

This one positive move will also enable will make the nation strong.
