It is believed that women are more suited to child-rearing than men. People also opine that women are more inclined towards the growth and development of a child than their father.
I strongly believe that females have a strong sense of upbringing for their child, mainly, if they are a mother parent. For instance, if we see in most countries across the globe, all schools have females appointed as school administrators, professors, and mentors from last many decades. Additionally, all over the world, most of the teachers in schools and colleges are females only.
Moreover, if we talk about teaching profession jobs and babysitting jobs, most of them will only be found females serving their best. Women are considered more accomplished in such caregiving tasks. The growth and development of a toddler are supposed to be the best in the hands of either a mother or a female caregiver. These jobs are highly rewarded in terms of remunerations. We all do look at a teacher with great respect and hope.
One clear example is that teachers' salaries in some countries like Switzerland and France are very high. Not only this but being a teacher is also considered a very noble profession.
Significantly, one cannot forget that women are the creator of life. They give birth to life on our planet earth. The journey in this whole world for a child begins inside the mother's womb only. She spends more time with the child and thus connects to it emotionally, physically, and mentally in terms of all aspects. However, men are busier with their jobs and left with very little time to spend with their children on a daily basis. Fathers with weekends off can take care of their offspring, but they get busy with their respective jobs on weekdays and are left with the least time to listen, sit, feed, and play with the kid.
To sum up, women are the first teacher and caregivers for a child, and men lack the time and patience they show towards their child.
